Carlos just cleaned my sectional couch. He did an amazing job. He was on time (I wasn’t) super professional and friendly. My sectional was beyond disgusting and he took his time making sure all the stains were out. I am beyond pleased with his service I will recommend to everyone that’s looking to have a spotless couch. I used this company for the first time today and they were great. I typically get my carpets cleaned once a year. I called Spotless Rug Cleaners today at 12pm and explained to Carlos that I needed my rug cleaned since my puppies peed on it and needed it be cleaned today since we were having company later that day. Carlos explained that he had a full schedule but still understood my situation and wanted to help. From when I called he was at my apartment within an hour and got my rug cleaned even though he had a full schedule and couldn’t really do anything until the following day. Carlos was a miracle worker and he worked his tail off to get our whole house looking like NEW again. In fact the carpet feels like NEW when you walk on it. We had awful stains, years w/out cleaning it/stinky, gross pet stains. And Carlos came in w/a can do attitude! He was able to move all the furniture all by himself (Superman in my book) & left all the furniture elevated on blocks of Styrofoam and cardboard so the carpet can dry even. All the product is Organic, a big plus for me and when I called the night before at 11:45pm (just to leave a message to get a quote call back the next day). Mike picked up the phone after 3 rings and was very professional and informative and set up an appt w/Carlos (one of the best guys in the company) the following morning at 11 am. That’s a 12 hour turn around time and it got done that day. You can’t go wrong w/Spotless Rug Cleaners they are the BEST!!

So glad I decided to go with this company. The gentleman I spoke with was also the same one that did the job. He was super kind and accommodating! Moving into a new apt, I just wanted to be sure the carpets were clean but I did not expect it to be as dirty as it was! He showed me all the dirt and debris that came out of it and it was crazy. Oh! I purchased a sectional L-shaped couch from West Elm only 6 months ago and my boyfriend suggested that I have the couch cleaned. I scoured Yelp to find someone who could clean it for me on my day off. Carlos answered, immediately set up a time for the same day, and came with another worker to clean the couch. In less than 45 minutes, the couch was spotless and looked BRAND NEW. I can’t recommend him and his team enough. He is prompt and prices are more than fair. If you need your couch cleaned, you must go to him.

This is the 3rd carpet cleaner we have used , and by far the best . Made the appointment after reading the stellar reviews. I was a little concerned due to the fact that I would be at work ,and my wife would be overseeing everything. I called my wife before the appointment and was on the phone when Carlos arrived promptly. I could hear him explaining things (showing off his professionalism) to my wife. I was so impressed. This company is great. I wish I took pictures to prove it but basically I got a puppy and as you can imagine, he marked his territory all over my house. Carlos was punctual and polite; they cleaned 2 carpets and 2 rugs for me at a very affordable rate and did an incredible job. I lay on my carpets often so after what Carlos showed me was coming out of them, I’ll be sure to get them cleaned more often!

An acquaintance of mine highly recommended Carlos from Spotless Rug Cleaners. I wanted my rug cleaned before the holidays and was thrilled Carlos had availability on short notice. He was on time, and was really professional and nice. We don’t have a lot of space where our area rug is but he was super accommodating and knew how to move our sectional sofa to make it work. I was worried I was distracted and incorrectly wrote out part of the check, and he returned to verify so there was no misunderstanding and also so I was comfortable with the amount. My rugs haven’t been this clean since I bought them! One is a small vintage silk persian rug and the color went from being very dark to the glorious colors of the original thread, which we haven’t seen in a long time. We had also forgotten that when we purchased our large 8×10 area rug, that there was also a silky sheen to it, which Carlos restored. He recommended a more thorough deep clean, which takes several days and they clean it at their facility, where they clean the front and also the back of the rug. I hadn’t even considered cleaning the smaller rugs I had until he got here, and he was really accommodating about them, which I appreciate. The only thing was that he told me it would take 4 hours for the main large rug to dry, and it ended up taking several days to fully dry (4) because the weather was so cold/damp, and there was very little sun exposure on the rug – so plan accordingly. I’m sure it would take less time in a warmer season. I highly recommend him!

Amazing job! He is very professional and nice. He was able to see me last minute. Finished the job quick, left my couch looking brand new. Never cleaned it myself once and it had food stains and stains from wine. I should have took a before picture but I posted an after . This is my couch 2 weeks after he cleaned it. First time using spotless rug cleaner and I could not be more satisfied with the quality of their work. The day I called to get a quote, Mr. Carlos came to my home to check out the space so that he could provide me with the best possible price. He was great at explaining the process and the amount of labor and time it would take. The day of the scheduled cleaning, they were promptly on time and finished the job with in two hrs, they cleaned a total of 4 rooms in that time and left the carpet looking like new. I found Spotless Rug Cleaners on Yelp. I called the same day and spoke with Carlos 🙂 He was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Less than an hour later he came to my apartment, gave a fair estimate and took my area rug. My rug was extremely dirty and disgusting. Between two dogs it’s seen it’s fair share of throw ups and little accidents. I originally tried to clean it myself with the Home Depot rental cleaners but it only made matters worst. Carlos was very helpful in explaining that the Home Depot cleaners does not suck up all the water and leaves a odor and dark color. I tried taking pics of the carpet before it was cleaned but you can’t really tell in the pictures just how bad it was. A week later, Carlos delivered my rug back and it looked brand new. The rug was soft, smelt great and the color was renewed. I’m beyond happy with the work they did and I can’t thank them enough. I will definitely be using these guys again

I was in need of a good carpet cleansing. My apartment carpet was really dirty and i was going to replace it but in the end i decided to try a carpet cleaning from a proffesional and im so glad that i did. Not only did i save hundreds of dollars but the carpet looks practically new. I am amazed of the outcome. I scheduled a appointment for 9 oclock and they arrived exactly on time maybe acouple minutes early. Which really surprised me. This company is fantastic. I’m a professional Interior Designer and has used them for some very challenging assignments as well as brought them in to do my whole Condo buildings. They did a fantastic job and even cleaned the carpet on the walls of our elevator. I called them because I had a big red wine spill on my light wool living room carpet which I know is often impossible to remove. They got it out and saved my carpet. I recommend them without hesitation to my clients too.

Very satisfied with the service I would use these guys again in a heartbeat. I have dogs and they’re experts at cleaning the smelly pee spots. We love our dogs but they sure are smelly! Had a white shag rug that was relatively expensive but over the year and half of owning it my dog had made a mess of it and dirt/shoes had started to blacken areas of the rug. I originally scheduled a rug cleaning, but by their recommendation I sent it out for washing, when it came back it was like I had a new rug! White, fluffy and soft. Aside from one or two small areas when my dog had soiled (which were very dark prior to washing), the rug looks like new. Totally worth the price to not have to replace an 8×10 wool rug and extend the life of the rug by another couple of years. If you love your white rug and want to extend the life, consider sending it out for a full cleaning, they did a great job. Very satisfied.

Carlos is a legend! I called him on a Sunday and he was at my house in less than an hour to give me a quote on a Persian Rug that we thought would need to be thrown out, it was rotting and had maggots but Carlos felt optimistic about what could be done since I mentioned it had sentimental value. He cleaned it at my house and removed all the rot from the carpet, killed all the little bugs and brought it back to life! The carpet was not in great condition to begin with but he left it good enough to be loved again! Thank you so much!

I wanted to do rug/sofa cleaning and my friend recommended Carlos and his team. They are super friendly and nice. Carlos came the next day to give me an estimate and came a couple days later to clean them. I feel very comfortable with them. Saw how meticulous and careful they are with my stuff. Will definitely be using them again. I have a heavy sofa, and they couldn’t put it back to where it was before (against the wall) because have to let it completely dry first. Carlos came to help me put back my sofa a couple days later, so that I won’t have to do the heavy lifting myself. It was super nice of him to do that because they are super busy nowadays.

Late review. But no such thing as too late when it’s a good review! About a month ago I was given the task to find a good upholstery cleaner for some seats at work and found Spotless. Had great reviews so thought I’d give him a call. One of the best yelp finds ever! Carlos is very accommodating as far as your schedule goes and his work is ridiculously awesome! He does not give you lip service. Straightforward. That’s what I Like! Cleaned up 4 chairs and 2 area rugs… made them look new! I’m really spoiled as my former rug specialist was a very good friend and often undercharged me for a job very well done. But Carlos, while he is not the cheapest guy in the neighborhood is an exceptional rug specialist. We have a Moroccan rug for which we paid a lot. They came and cleaned my carpet it looked amazing after like I just moved in the original look was very dirty but they managed to fix it Carpet was wonderfully done

Got to give Carlos a shot out! My handyman spilled paint on my new carpet. Arrr…. After speaking with Carlos I had hope. Carlos was honest about the possibility of not removing all the paint from my carpet. The carpet smells clean and fresh so I know it is an improvement. The outline of the paint can only be seen slightly. I am pleased with the results, glad the carpet was not ruined. Here is the final product. I still have the paint outline but it blends well enough to keep the carpet. Paint spilled on my carpet. Ugh. See the outline.

*Called Spotless and requested rug cleaning. “Carlos” made an 8:00 A.M. appointment for the following day. He arrived on time to evaluate the rug. The rug was rolled up ready for cleaning. *Carlos evaluated our white couch & a chair, both of which had “head rest stains.” In less than an hour both pieces of furniture were clean & barely damp. *The entire experience was EXCEPTIONAL! The rug was taken off site for cleaning. It was returned three days early looking pristine. *Carlos exceeded our expectations in multiple ways. His helper “Patty,” was detailed & a perfectionist with all the upholstery. *Outstanding Service at a fair price!

Carlos is just as good as all the other reviews say! He cleaned my couch and area rug and did a fantastic job. He was super professional, arrived on time, and had great communication. My area rug was so dirty that Carlos suggested that he should take it in to his facilities to clean it instead of just spot cleaning it in my house and I’m so glad I went with that option because the rug came back sparkling clean!! I barely had to do anything because he comes directly to your home and after he was done with the rug he dropped it off to my place. I’m definitely going to go to Carlos again!

Carlos was very friendly and helped answer all our questions we had. He was very timely in the service as well, allowing for same day completion of the service along with the consultation.

Our high pile sheep rug was super dirty. We have 3 pets and hadn’t gotten it professionally cleaned since we got it 2 years ago. Carlos was super knowledgeable and explained to us what type of cleaning we had to do and why because of what type of rug it is. It came back to us looking fluffy and brand new. Carlos did an amazing job cleaning my rug. I wish I had before photos to show, I’ll post the after anyways. It was dusty and dark in certain areas, now it’s all nice and new looking. I’m happy and I’ll definitely be using him again when I need my rugs cleaned. Highly recommend.

Carlos did a amazing job like always, hired him for 5 times in 1 year , love the job so much!! price is way more expensive than any other company but you pay what you get.. I don’t mind paying top dollar but less headache. on top of that the guy is very responsible and professional. if you are looking for a cheap service his not the right guy! but if you are looking for a quality then he is the right man! I had a short window to get my living room carpet cleaned – over a long weekend and Carlos was able to make that happen. He was on time, very thorough, and did a great job! I will definable use them again – and great value for money! This is the “after” – smells and looks good!

AMAZING! I had a rug disaster zone. My guest bedroom looked like a crime scene with both blood and cough syrup stains on a white wool carpet. Spotless was able to remove 98% of the stains. They also took 3 rugs – one a huge expensive shag carpet from Serena and Lily — and cleaned them so they are like new. Can’t say enough good things about Spotless Cleaners. Highly recommend.
