Accidents occur everyday in the household or place of business. Now one of toughest stains to remove are Red Wine Stains on your Carpet. Luckily today I have a couple of Natural Remedies that have worked in my household and now I would like to share them with you.
The best thing to do whenever you have a red wine spill is to clean it as soon as possible. No matter what remedy you choose to use it is always I important that the stain is remained wet. Once the stain dries and is absorbed by your carpet fibers it will be difficult to remove. Water or club soda is a good source to clean your carpet. You will also need a dry white cotton towel. Apply Club Soda to the Red Wine Stain on your carpet and apply pressure with your white towel (blot). Applying pressure the white towel will absorb as much Red Wine , try to apply pressure to the outside edges of the stain as well to prevent the stain from spreading. If water or club soda does not work also try hydrogen peroxide & soap. Apply hydrogen peroxide, now give it a few minutes to penetrate your carpet fibers. After apply water from a spray bottle and the carpet cleaner solution you use and spray lightly on the stain. Then blot with the cotton white towel , make sure you do not rub the stain with the towel because it will become permanent or spread.
